Ron Fischer, President
Ron’s primary responsibility is to oversee the operation and lend support where needed. He started RPR in June of 1994.
Brief Background – Ron left Unilever after 14 years of service, holding management positions as Plant Comptroller, Manager of Promotional Payments and Deductions and Manager of Coupon Operations. He was chairman of the Unilever Coupon Committee and represented industry groups such as the ABC Audit Bureau, ACP, CIC, and FIAE. At RPR, Ron has consulted for many companies such as Ocean Spray, Kimberly-Clark and First Data. For the ACP, Ron has served on the Board since 1995, as Past President from 2003-2005, and currently Chairs the Guidelines Committee.
Larry McCurry, VP Business Strategy
Larry’s primary responsibilities are finding and assisting with business opportunities. Larry has been working with RPR since 2006 when RPR was transitioning from Deduction Management to Retail Services.
Brief Background – Larry retired from Unilever after 30 years of service, holding executive sales and operation positions at both the National and Corporate levels. He has held many industry board seats such as the FIAE and NGA’s National Scholarship Program. In addition he has serve on the boards and been a guest lecturer for the Universities of Arizona State, Minnesota, and Western Michigan. A complete bio is available upon request.
Sandi Kleemann, VP Business Development
Sandi’s primary responsibility is to sell our Traditional, Digital/Mobile, and Proximity Marketing Services to Retailer Chains and Convenience Stores.
Brief Background – Upon graduating from college, Sandi was hired by Quaker and held many positions in sales and marketing including being in charge of their in-house coupon redemption. She represented Quaker at the ACP, FIAE and JICC. Sandi left Quaker to start up Lees Marketing Services, which processed rebates and coupons for over 120 Mfrs. In 2003 she sold her interest in Lees and consulted for many start-up companies. Sandi joined RPR’s team in March 2015. A complete bio is available upon request.
Brian Stefanski, IT Director
Brian has joined RPR as IT Director to continue the development of our business systems and FACTS™.
Brief Background – Brian has spent the last 30 years in the technology field. 14 of those years were in the coupon industry working with Sandi Kleemann at Lees Marketing Services. Some of his other experiences have included creating order entry and rebate systems for a large hardware chain as well as developing survey and reporting systems for companies like McDonalds.
Beth Arena, Operations Consultant
Beth joined RPR to oversee operations and systems working with staff to improve efficiencies.
Brief Background – After a career in the pharmaceutical industry, Beth provided management and systems consulting services for an assortment of companies. With this experience she started her own company providing operations and project management support services for not-for-profit associations and for-profit businesses.
Andrea Setliff, Director of Operations
Andrea’s primary responsibilities are managing systems, importing weekly processing files, reconciling receivables, and managing weekly retailer payments. Andrea joined RPR in June 2008 as a hourly employee and promoted to Director in 2010. Andrea has attended ACP Conferences and has her certificate from APC’s Couponing 101/102.
Elise Varesi-Selitto, Client Services & Sales Support
Elise joined RPR in February 2019. She has had a successful background in Customer Care and is leading Client Services for RPR including on-boarding new clients, support existing clients, tracking customer shipments and providing updates and reporting.
Nicholas Arena, Operations Intern
Nicholas assists in completing RPR’s daily operational functions and aids in collections efforts. He is also responsible for generating financial reports, compiling and distributing financial and analytical data to clients and management.
RPR’s Executive Board
RPR’s Executive Board currently consists of Ron, Larry, Sandi and Brian. The purpose of the board is to review new services and consulting opportunities.
